NEW PUMP DESIGN
High performance at low rpm and low power consumption: our latest generation pump design offers the optimum efficiency, ensuring high performance with the lowest possible operating costs thanks to the best hydraulic efficiency in its category.
NEW INDUCER IMPELLER
The inducer impeller with large free passages has been expressly designed to ensure high suction capacity and maximum performance even in the presence of waste water.
NEW DOUBLE CHOPPING SYSTEM
The synergy between the inducer, the radial blades and the shaving disc, combined with the absence of rotating elements before the impeller, creates a highly efficient system designed to ensure steady flow to the inlet and facilitate the priming phase of the pump.
EASY ACCESS TO COMPONENTS
Maintenance components are easily accessible and designed to protect the most expensive parts of the machine.
OIL BATH MECHANICAL SEAL
Oil bath chamber for the mechanical seal to preserve its characteristics, ensuring maximum reliability even in the case of dry operation of the machine.
NEW OVERGEAR
Overgear with oversized components for heavy duty work designed for maximum thermal dissipation even in the absence of an oil cooling system.
SAFETY
Maximum operator safety guaranteed by the complete protection of the transmission components, with the absence of visible rotating elements.

The range of accessories of the new RKT pump has been designed to offer easily configurable and ready-to-use solutions.
INLET
Inlet unit with non-return valve and set-up for priming system
PRIMING
Semi-automatic priming system with manual belt drive or hydraulic control
OUTLET
Outlet unit with handwheel gate valve and Ferrari male ball coupling or Storz coupling
FRAME
Frame unit for pump support and tractor coupling
DSS DEVICE (DISCHARGE SAFETY SYSTEM)
Automatic safety system for overpressure management, complete kit with fitting, electronic control unit, pressure transmitter, motorized valve and Storz connection for discharge pipe. The system requires setting a safety pressure above which the discharge of the sewage towards the collection tank is activated, thus ensuring the safety conditions of the entire system and avoiding any damage. Once the pressure returns to be lower than the safety pressure, the system returns to standard operating conditions by closing the drain.
